Hi, I’m Josh

I love writing software and herding servers. My writing focuses on software engineering and devops. My wife and I live in Kansas with our 4 kids and have too many hobbies. I’ve been building software for over a decade and have high levels of experience with Ruby, Python, JavaScript, React, Kubernetes, Linux and more.

My core engineering values are simplicity, consistency, and reducing dependencies. I believe less is more both technically and from a product standpoint.
